This service records a graduate’s request for the University to review an official academic-record dispatch. Provide your University graduation-record link and the receiving organisation’s application or reference number.
University staff must review the record, your authority and the receiving organisation’s official instructions before any external dispatch. If no approved receiving channel is listed, select the option for University confirmation during review.
The University does not charge a fee for this request service. Any fees charged by independent assessment or verification providers are set and collected by those providers.

What does email verification establish?
The code confirms that you control the email address used for this request. It does not authenticate your academic record or determine whether records may be released.
Which receiving organisation should I select?
Select the organisation and service stated in your application. UK ENIC is operated by Ecctis; its service is listed separately from Ecctis’s other services. Selection does not imply a partnership, qualification recognition or guaranteed acceptance.
What if the official receiving channel is not listed?
Select University confirmation during review. The request remains pending verification of the appropriate case-specific receiving channel. No email is sent to an external organisation merely because you submit this form.
Does submission confirm that documents have been sent?
No. Submission confirms receipt for University review. You will be notified after the review and dispatch process. The receiving organisation applies its own document and acceptance requirements.
Should I submit another request or ask for a progress update?
Please do not submit duplicate requests, reply to this automated acknowledgment or send progress-chasing messages. We will notify you after review and dispatch.
Duplicate requests and progress enquiries can delay processing.
How are my details handled?
The request and graduation-record link are retained privately for authorised University review. They are not published in a public directory. Read the University privacy policy before submitting.
