Your organisation

This route is for established institutions with appropriate management, staffing and operational capacity. Small companies and teams of only a few people are not eligible.

Security verification is required before submission.

Institutional cooperation

This route is intended for universities, higher education and research institutions, and established organisations proposing a defined area of cooperation. An authorised representative should provide the organisation’s official details and a substantive proposal.

Each request is assessed individually. Submission does not create a partnership, confirm recognition of an organisation or permit anyone to represent or collect fees in the University’s name.

Questions

Who should submit a cooperation request?

This form is for authorised representatives of universities and established institutions with appropriate legal standing, management, staffing and operational capacity. The proposed cooperation should be relevant to the institution’s activities and resources.

Can a small company or a team of a few people apply?

No. The University does not consider cooperation proposals from small companies or teams consisting of only a few people. Please do not submit this form if your organisation does not meet the institutional capacity requirements.

How will the University respond?

We will review the submitted information and communicate with the authorised representative by email. Verification of the email address confirms access to the mailbox only; the organisation’s identity, authority and suitability are reviewed separately.

Should we send reminders or reply to confirm receipt?

Please wait for the University’s email. Do not submit duplicate requests, send unsolicited progress-chasing messages or reply merely to acknowledge an automated receipt. This repeated contact will return the request to the back of the review queue. You should reply when the University requests information, documents or certifications as part of its review.

Can independent investigations or certifications be required?

Yes. Depending on the proposed cooperation, the University may ask qualified independent due diligence or investigation providers to verify relevant organisation information. We may also request appropriate registration, accreditation, legal, quality, security or other supporting certifications. Any evidence requirements will be explained by email and do not establish an automatic right to cooperation.

Does registration of a request confirm a partnership?

No. A request is registered for review only. Cooperation requires the University’s approval and any formal arrangements it considers necessary. An acknowledgement is not authorisation to advertise a partnership, issue documents or act in the University’s name.

How are requests and contact details handled?

Requests are held in a private University review and archive workspace, accessible to authorised staff. Organisation and contact details are not published as a public directory. Read the University privacy policy before submitting.
